Nilayoram's multicuisine restaurant serves continental and typical Kerala style food in a very hygienic environment. The dining area, set on a vast split level balcony, overlooks the garden and Bharathapuzha on one side and the indoor auditorium to the other allowing the guest to enjoy their food both from the culinary and cultural aspects. This area also receives a swift flow of breeze around the year and indeed that makes the place more enjoyable. Since the seating arrangement is limited to 12 persons only, the guest feels the place very private and attentive.
