The Ayurvedic Health Retreat

This package is designed for persons suffering from illnesses of chronic nature or wanting to enhance their general health through rejuvenation and purification. All treatments are prescribed and supervised by eminent Ayurveda Doctors and therapies are performed by qualified & experienced technical staff. This package is open to clients around the year. The package covers the following:

	Airport pick up (Kochi or Kozhikode) and transfer to resorts on arrival
	Doctors panel consultation and charting of treatment
	Complete ayurvedic accommodation including external and internal therapies
	Daily doctor to patient counselling
	Daily yoga & meditation session for 90 minutes (6 days a week)
	Treatment appraisal twice in a week by doctors panel
	Accommodation in river-view air-conditioned single/double room
	All meals as per ayurvedic diet
	Drop off at Kochi / Kozhikode airport on departure

The Yoga Master Program

This special Yoga Masters package is designed to impart education and intensive training of advanced Yoga practices under renowned Yoga Masters. The curriculum includes the study of Pathanjali Yogasutra and systamatic training of Yogasana, Kriyas, Pranayam, Relaxation course, Meditation, Stress management etc. Participants who successfully complete this program will receive certificates on their elected discipline. Package covers the following:

	Free pickup from Cochin or Calicut International airports.
	Deluxe river-view accommodation
	Provision of Yoga course materials
	Daily 6 hours Intensive Yoga Theory & Practical Classes
	3 Nilayoram Yoga Meals per day.
	Counselling by an expert at the end of the program.
